ShoreTel Completes Acquisition of UC Cloud Provider Corvisa

ShoreTel® (NASDAQ: SHOR), the leading provider of brilliantly simple hosted phone systems and unified communications(UC) solutions recently announced it has completed its acquisition of Corvisa LLC, a provider of cloud-based communications solutions.

“The close of this acquisition represents another milestone in the acceleration phase of ourstrategic plan.
